well I think I found a used ice maker with a new circit board, can get it for about 900 cash , installed. The dispenser part is still good on my old one so that saves me about 5,000. It's air cooled so I won't have to worry so much about water freezing in the winter if someone takes the heater out of the pop/ice room.

I had to bring my bathtub cactus planter (Mammillaria and monkeytail cacti) inside the office for the winter, and one of the legs started budding in a very inopportune place...
