There is a way Robert could eat fresh tomato if he like the taste. You just drop them into a pot of hot water until the skin cracks then take them out and slide the skin off. Cut them open and remove all the insides with all the seed. The outer wall of meat is there with no seed and no skin. If that fiber would work it would be good. If not it could be put through a blender and made into pizza or spaghetti sauce.

We always have been. Once upon a time for a few short months we survived on $5 a week for food and formula. We did it and could do it again if worse came to worse. Memories is why we try to grow so much food and preserve it.
