It’s hard for anyone. This is why I don’t talk about it when I have puppies. Too hard if something bad happens. I don’t want to discuss it for a few days.

Sometimes, Like with Star I wished I hadnt had her spayed so I could continue her blood line and maybe I could have kept a piece of her here. She was such a good dog.

Night all. Fireworks. Will wait until 11 for bed. They should have stopped by now, but folks keep going. Respectfully 10:00 is the rule.

It isn’t how it works. Everyone thinks that but they all have their each unique personality When I have a litter it is rare if I have one like a parent. Just like human kids. Look at how different siblings are. You never know what you will get.

Finally caught up again. Been shelling peas and hand feeding Sophie. It's way past my bedtime so I hope I sleep tonight.
