Granny's gone and done it again

Whereabouts are you? Here in SE MO honey tends to crystallize due to the high humidity (see above). Would this affect the process or the product, do you think?
We buy raw honey and it crystallizes when we leave it standing. When we're ready to start the process we set a gallon jar of crystallized honey outside in the sun and it liquifies. We usually don't make more than a quart at a time, this year though I'm planning on making a gallon, but in quart sizes.
We have not had any problem with the finished product crystallizing.

If I could have a penny for every dandelion plant that I have killed I could buy out Ft. Knox..
By having the kids pick the yellow flowers, they didn't go to seed, saving the lawn!

That's very good to know, thank you!

Peeps I need to go and plant my face on my pillow and hope not to lay awake to long working in my head on a design for a rolling coop that looks like a covered wagon that has a tongue on the back side with a nest box on the outside of the coop and a modular run that can easily be moved with it. I think that would be nice for silkies to call home.

Some severe storms went through during the night, 1 to 5 a.m. Couple of F1 tornadoes in KY, a neighboring state. Going to be much nicer today, lower humidity, temps in high 80's. I'll take it with gladness!

One of my "pullets" crowed this morning. Telling his mates in the brooder he got to sleep with all the girls, lol.
