So I was told this week that we are having a carry in lunch in may for cinco de mayo. Gotta sign up for something, I was thinking Margaritas!

Guess I will head off to the torture chamber. Got liver thawed which is easy and potatoes to peel which sucks. No onions.

I dont know how much we got but Im glad I live on a hill ! All the main roads and Im sure plenty side roads under water this am. I never heard such thunder. Runs are flooded , Pond is way full. I didnt need to water. LOL
Dinner was, well, IDK. I had tossed salad with it til I once again remembered the seeds so I only ate a couple bites. I did something to the potatoes. Different for sure. Tom said, Why is there a stick in my taters ? hhahaa I think I might be dangerous with these new spices I got. Robert said they taste like perfume. I thought they were pretty good and so did Tom. = the stick that is.
