I took my puppies on a walk at Longs Park today. There's lots of squirrels and birds, other dogs who are very well socialized, woods, a creek shallow enough for them to wade in. It's their favorite place. Around my neighborhood most people have big dogs that bark and jump on their fences. My puppies have been so scared of dogs until I started taking them to the park. Now they even sniff noses with big dogs.

Chores done and setup for processing roosters with a ticket to freezer camp in the morning. Going out one more time to take a dozen of the heaviest off the roost and move them to the holding pen as soon as it is dark enough. Then I have to feed the clinic kids and put them to bed. Then I can wander around on BYC.

It's an authentic question. Growing up, my cousin's ate the 'rooster eggs'.
When the question was posed to my mom she said NO. I had to wait till I grew up to learn what they are!

They are the testicles of the rooster, I'm sure other people eat them to but it didn't appeal to my parents at all!
