I've also been told that I have some scar tissue in my heart from strep. They tell what causes it by the grain of the scar tissue. Heart Attack runs one way a high fever will be different is what I've been told when being tested for a surgery 20 years ago.
 
Strep can definitely damage your heart. Usually attacks valves but can cause scar tissue like it did with Ltay. Ask me how I know that.....yeah. Rheumatic fever after a strep throat. It can also cause Scarlet Fever. Fun stuff.

Glad they have a plan @BigBlueHen53. Thought it might be brown Recluse. One of those insects that can just disappear off the face of the earth along with ticks that I'd never miss.
