Tom finished his yesterday. We both have heart drs. tomorrow. I had the boys take the van today and fill it up. lol Then pain clinic Monday.

Alright lol I had a migraine in the morning and a psychiatrist appointment which went well. And I went to the club before and after too which was good and I had a very productive day there. We also went to my brother’s for dinner which was nice. But I also had a high anxiety day and squirrelly. And I had a panic attack earlier. So yeah.

Sounds like a day in the life!
