Alright lol I had a migraine in the morning and a psychiatrist appointment which went well. And I went to the club before and after too which was good and I had a very productive day there. We also went to my brother’s for dinner which was nice. But I also had a high anxiety day and squirrelly. And I had a panic attack earlier. So yeah.

You must be contagious. I had a bad headache last night (made me actually sleep for once in my life, so I guess some good came of it) and woke up with a migraine hangover this morning, so that was fun. And I had to go to the city to get some electrical parts for a machine I have to fix at work, and being around that many people sets off my anxiety and hypervigilance, so even more fun.

Yeah just like when the car girl showed up to answer my car question.
