Granny's gone and done it again

So sorry you have to go through this. If Robert has autism, does he do better when you take his hand and lead him? My 13 yr niece has Downs syndrome/ autism and has transition problems. They take her hand allot. There's also a 13 year old neighbor with autism that likes to play with my chickens and puppies. His dad almost always has to lead him home

How do you do it if he refuses something? My niece wears out her family. Once the child is an adult it's really difficult to convince them to listen to you(once you can't pick them up and carry them)
