OH as to the ground venison. Deer in general is SUPER SUPER lean and if I use ground I find I have to actually add some type of fat to the meat.

FYI evaporated milk is NOT good in coffee imho

really ? I would of thought it would be. You get fresh milk with the cream making it good in coffee. Mine is not.
