Granny's gone and done it again

hi all finally caught up.

Almost finished mowing out at the farm. Just have to do part of the yard again. Mowed Tues and a renter here at the motel came out with me and ran the 2 wheeled string trimmer. Mike sat in the house.

Ended up with a 2 horse pill migraine. Not that it stopped Mike from coming and a bitching/yelling at me.

Went back out Weds as I had to meet the Electric guy to mark lines before we dig for the broken water line. Same guy came out and helped me fix the 3 pt mower and I did a little mowing and he did a little trimming until we got rained out. Also spent time with the main herd getting some new baby pics.

Worked most of the day in Rm 11 today. Painted, replaced the microwave, replace a light fixture, set the furniture up and replaced and hung all the curtains all thanks to that Idiot who was on ND rent.

Still need to clean the little hellion's box out. So far today I have lost and found various sets of keys about 1/2 a dozen times and my coffee cup more than that.

Does it make you sleepy?? Still no nap here and Tom has decided we will be sleeping in our sucker chairs.

not as ice tea just adds a REALLY nice flavor and less sugar or simple syrup is needed.

If you pick em young, 8-10", they are not seedy, the skin is tender, and they are delicious sliced thin and served raw with your favorite salad dressing.

OR, what I also like to do is slice em a little thicker, dredge in seasoned flour then dip in a pancake batter (like Bisquick) and fry in hot oil till golden brown. Remove from hot oil to a wire rack over paper towels, sprinkle immediately with salt (and pepper if desired) and again, serve with Ranch as a dipping sauce. Better than onion rings, and I LOOOVE onion rings!

But she's trying to get off the caffeine.

if you pick them to young a man can get arrested. :p:lol:
