I've had some steroid injections to ease the pain off. I didn't do a lot today. I've had multiple short naps.

Granny I think it was in about spring of 2012 I had a bug that had me coughing really bad. As I tried to get out of my chair I was coughing so hard I blacked out and fell face down on a hard wood floor. The real old fashioned real wood floor. Nothing but a black eye but it was my first time falling.
