I love milk products. Everything good has milk in it! If I'd have never tasted it, it would be easier. I could tolerate it until I got Crohn's. My mouth waters thinking of iced chocolate milk

Thanks!!! It was working before so I think it’s just a matter of getting the dosage right again. I’m getting more bloodwork done before my next appointment to check the level. But I already know it’s not working. And I know cutting back on caffeine would help but that is going horribly.

I have a suggestion but I'm not sure if it's legal in your state yet...
I already tried to look that up for Granny, hers is "maybe in 2025" which is frustrating.
Even though I don't take it, it would be my first resort for long term pain or severe anxiety. My low grade anxiety doesn't merit the reduction in reading ability though.
