Tizanidine is used to help relax certain muscles in your body. It relieves spasms, cramping, and tightness of the muscles caused by medical problems, such as multiple sclerosis or certain injuries to the spine.
I think I took that in the 80's. Remember the name and the doc.

I watched The Princess Bride earlier. I was gonna watch another movie but I’m just gonna go to bed or at least lay down and listen to music lol

Yes! It's what I take if/ when my neck, shoulders, back, hip(s), knee, and/or ankle hurt at night and won't let me sleep. Works good for me, no hangover in the morning, not addictive, for me at least. At the present time I probably only need it 2 - 3 times a month.

@CapricornFarm Wanted to show you my air dry clay project. Last month I found a Native American nativity set on Ebay similar to the one that I had made 25 years ago. I parted with it when I downsized, one of those things that I wish I had hung on to because now I can't find it even if I had a way to get it fired.

This one is porcelain and smaller than my original. The one thing that was missing with it was two cacti like the ones in the old set so I went to work. Here are the results.

I would love to get back to doing ceramics but there isn't anyone around here who has a business to buy bisque or green ware let alone a kiln to fire anything.

Several years ago a fellow HAM went into a nursing home and sold out her household, including a kiln and all the equipment which I found out after the fact. I sure wound have snatched that up had I known.

I'm kinda meh oh the air dry clay. There is a type that you are supposed to be able to fire in your oven that I might try next just for f
