Good. Cutting down on the soda is probably the biggest thing. Csn he switch to a sugar-free? Sprite Zero is pretty good, and Coke Free isn't TOO horrible.

I don't drink much soda, maybe one every other week, but it's nice to hsve sugar-free options around.

I agree, on the Coke 0. The Sprite doesn't seem to, for me.
