Spend a couple hours looking up from under a tree canopy... it makes everything feel different.

There needs to be a sense of expansiveness, of protection, and the dappled light peeking through as you gaze at the canopy above. The lightly fluttering leaves... my hunch is that our brains are subconsciously tuned to their subtle patterns and shifts. A visual therapy.
Even better if it's a quiet area where you can hear the rustling and feel the breeze brushing by.
We were meant to be closer to nature than our technology and conveniences allow.
