Robert's birthday is the 20th? Oh wow! My kid will be 18 on the 18th! We have to go get him tomorrow so he will be home for his birthday.

I have slept most of this day away. Still so much pain. I don't know how I am dealing with it to tell the truth. It's worse than kidney stones.

It really is one of the most painful things.

@microchick, sounds like you've had a heck of a year! But just think, it's almost over! I'm amazed you want a do-over. I'd think you'd want to get it over with as fast as possible!

You might have a good point there. I would definitely like a do over on summer. Just too much going on to enjoy it like I usually do. Maybe a do over of spring and summer with my shoulder feeling improved and DH feeling better so we could both enjoy hot weather. Winter is going to be here before we know it.

As it is, I'm just getting through spring cleaning.....in fall.

The husband thought for a moment: 'Well, this is all very romantic, but an opportunity like this will never come again. I'm sorry my love, but my wish is to have a wife 30 years younger than me.'
The wife, and the fairy, were deeply disappointed, but a wish is a wish! So the fairy waved her magic wand and poof!...
The husband became 92 years old.
The moral of this story:
Men who are ungrateful should remember fairies are female..

Roberts birthday is in 6 more days. He will be 31. I wish I could do something special for him. He has been so good thru all of this.

My Austin's birthday is on the 29th. He'll be 31!
My sister that passed in 22 was born on September 20.
She's one if my sisters that I went to the Temple for today.
I have another son who's birthday was the ither day. 13th. My last 2 ..born in September. They're 10 years apart. Dustin turned 41.

And, um, "spring cleaning"? What is this "spring cleaning" of which you speak? I have no springs that need cleaning.

thank you. I wish I could cry but it seems my tears have all dried up and screaming isn't an option.

If having a pillow has helped you, even somewhat, ask for a pillow to put your arm up on. They'll give you one. I know having my arm up in that machine was better than having it hang, pulling on that shoulder.
