1. Multilevel cervical degenerative changes. There is slight cord flattening atC5-C6 but no high-grade central stenosis.2. Multilevel foraminal narrowing, most pronounced at C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels.-Note: Radiology results need to be interpreted within a comprehensive clinicalcontext.
