Yes I killed it. Then I tossed it out to the chickens who just stared at it like Hello what are we supposed to do with this? I guess the chickens are broken too.

And that's not all. Later I came in the living room and THERE IT WAS in the middle of the floor and neither dog would tell me which one of them had dragged it in, nor would either of them pick it up and take it back outside and dispose of it like Gracie used to! Sammy just kept running around barking like, "I don't know how this got here, Mom!"

Sigh. All my animals are broken.

I don't know your age. But it seems like between my parents generation and my generation, there was a huge leap in changes. And then between my generation and my nieces and nephews generation, it was another huge leap.
