evening folks,

well I WON the case and the Judge gave her until 5pm Friday to vacate OR I can call the cops and have her forcibly removed. The judge also awarded me unpaid rent of 4100.00 plus the 180.00 it cost me to get her evicted.

Good news Twist. Doubt she will ever pay but at least she will be gone

Good news Twist. Doubt she will ever pay but at least she will be gone

and it will affect her credit score and will go on her background check for future landlords. I'll turn it over to a collection agency (to make sure it does) and IF I ever actually see a dime I would probably have a stroke.
