oops, too late for that but I did give him less.Be sure you check his bs before you give him his shot
Thank you for this. I will find out about it!@Granny Hatchet you had asked about injections that aren't steroids. Durolane is the name of the medicine they inject for visco supplementation. It replenishes hyaluronic acid to help lubricate the joint. Your joint has it naturally. The insurance has to pre-approve it. When steroids need to be used to frequently, this can be a better option.
I will keep you updated how well it works. He got the steroid injection when the pain was real bad. Now he's going to start with this before it gets so bad again
When they give the steroid injection it sounds scary and painful as well but he never complains about it. I imagine maybe the relief is so great. I do want to go with him to find out what's happening. That durolane sounds scary. Painful to have done.
It wasn't too bad. I got some sleep, cooked and laid around. The housekeeper was a no-show today. Nancy had brought a couple tomatoes over and I was wanting some cheese scrambled eggs w/tomato cubed up in them as well. Went in the torture chamber to make it and I only had 2 eggs! I was heartbroken.Wonder how Larry and iris are doing?
I hope you had a good day, granny
