Granny's gone and done it again

I guess you guys are right. It's just never been a problem before now.
Cap, I feel like crap but not screaming from the pain. I just washed dishes and made some chicken and yellow rice with corn in it this time. It was canned chicken. A small can like tuna but its what I had.

Yes, they do help how I feel overall. But now it is quite difficult to get out of the bath tub because my right shoulder is not as strong as it was.
How are you doing, Granny?
I took a box of chicken broth down from the cabinet with my bad arm not thinking and I dropped it but it didn't bust open. At least it wasn't hot coffee! I wonder if you need more pictures of your shoulder and such?

There are likely a lot of things I need to do , medically. I need a new primary doctor. Among other things. Just tired of the medical run around I guess. And doctors with no compassion or "bedside" manners. They rush in, ask a few questions, tap on a lap top, rush out. Seems like so few actually care.

I'm very proud of my husband. His practice was in a small community where everybody knew everybody. I was once asked how we communicated with our patients and without thinking I said, in the grocery store produce isle. So many came up to me in the grocery store asking me questions about their glasses that I told my doctor honey that we needed to open up a branch office there.

But he always took time to talk to people, really talk to them and I often heard farmers and him laughing from the exam offices as they visited while the exam was going on.

Good docs are out there. They are just hard to find.

One of the first thing I heard from a friend who was also a patient after we retired and they went to the 'new' doctor was, Nobody knows me, nobody talks to me like you and your DH did. It's a shame.

We had a little over a half inch of rain Thursday night. So while we have a great new drain pipe under our drive way, we now have a pig wallow at the base of the drive and the road in front of the house. Be careful what you wish for I guess. Hopefully they will show up this next week and re-gravel the road like they promised.
