I knew this was true so today I made a batch of Olive Garden (clone) minestrone soup, it was delicious and really hit the spot! It has:
Onion, carrot, celery, garlic, then black beans, canelonni beans, green beans, zucchini, tomato paste, spinach, and I used potato instead of pasta for starch.

I cheated and ate Saur kraut 2 days ago and it's been following me ever since. You know how feeling miserable on the stomach can make you a miserable bitch to live with? Well I'm at that point. Think I will go root some stuff out of my medicine cabinet. BB morrow
