Time for a POA, farms? So they have to let you help make decisions? He may not have official Alz dx, but it does sound like he needs help making decisions and if his dentist does not respect that, either you need his dr's written note saying you need to be there to help him, or time for a new dentist. Sounds like malpractice to me and if it were me I'd be taking a lawyer in to have a little chat with the dentist. The human body is truly wonderfully made and once man starts whittling away at it, it wont work like before. There is a reason why we have so many feet of intestines! We need it to get all our nutrition! But if it's diseased it does more harm than good.
God will never give us a bigger load to carry then he is willing to help us bear!
That bad tooth turned into 6 bad teeth so got us some more appointments. I'm not a cussing person but I wasn't very happy they didn't allow me to come back and help him make decisions when he asked for me. They told him they only allow family to come back if the patient is a child or an Alzheimer's patient. He said the dentist was very confusing.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Will get it figured out.
