Granny's gone and done it again

If you want an easy way to peel eggs. Even fresh ones peel easy. Put the hard boiled egg inside a jar. Shake it around so the egg shell is all cracked (not so hard that the egg breaks up, but hard enough so the shell cracks in small pieces on all sides) Take the egg out and the membrane under the shell will slide off, taking the shell off. It usually slides off in one piece
sounds kinda fun to do too! hahaha

Our church youth group was invited to participate in some Winter Olympics in Colorado (we were in NM). They were asked to hand the ribbons to the athletes. It was a big honor, we thought. We just had to get there. One of the teams provided a van and I agreed to drive. There were 8 or 10 kids, young teens. It was about a 12 hour drive and it was an old beater of a van. The driver's side door leaked really bad - the rubber gasket was shot. The noise was, well, deafening. Literally. It snowed all the way back, blizzard conditions with howling winds. It was like an ice pick to the ear the whole way. My hearing never recovered.

that sounds terrible!

I need noise ... I have some hearing loss and if there is no noise like music or TV or something I can hear like a roaring or ... ringing? Whistling? Or something in my ears. It's very distracting and annoying.
Tinnitus. I have it. Mine is crazy loud. ENT said it's good that I handled it, sadly not all can. :(
