Granny's gone and done it again

It's a Cosori model CP267. It has 6 shelves and has a digital pad to set heat and time. I like it better than my old off brand round one.
Iris, I am still stuck on the dehydrated dinner rolls/ cinnamon rolls. They are already baked, correct? When you dehydrate them? My silly brain thought you were dehydrating them RAW, to be baked later! :th I thought you were some kind of magic to be able to do this!

The rolls were baked and a day old. I got 8 quart jars of dry crumbs and crouton size pieces.

I just lay the bread out on the counter. Dries fine.
That would work great, if you have room for that ... and if your ambient humidity is not 97%. My bread would likely mold first. I do throw away a lot of moldy bread.

Sammy can make it down the stairs to the basement where our bedroom is by himself while wearing the Cone of Shame, which is a real blessing, as it would be very dangerous for me to try to carry him down those steep stairs (not built to code, I think they are 8:8 rather than 8:12). But I do have to carry him UP them. A challenging proposition in itself! He weighs 29 lbs., but I can manage him. Gracie, at 35, there was no way. And I am stronger now.

We returned the injured chicken to gen pop, did I already say?
