Well, not literally every two seconds but it feels like it LOL feels like I get up to go, lay down, and then have to go again. but no, no UTI. At least that I know of. I don’t have any symptoms. I just drink a lot of liquids lol

Howdy folks.

I think we have gone about 7 days without seeing the sun there. Temps are in the upper 40s and there is so much fog that we are starting to think we are in England. At least no snow yet, and for that we are truly grateful!

Have you guys ever heard of not being able to find a death notice or obituary on a person? Reason I ask is that we have been trying to find one for my DH's friend who passed and cannot find one anywhere. Wrote to his family and asked them but haven't heard back yet. Hard getting them to respond to anything. Of course a lot of news papers charge to print obituaries but have they stopped printing death notices also?

How was Tom doing today?

I didn't go today because I am just too tired and it breaks my heart to leave him. Nurse said he did great and down to one person to get him up and out of bed. All his vitals are good too. She said he was in a good mood as always and even cracked a joke with his aid. He is never like that with me. Its always asking when he can come home.

I have sit on my duff most of this day. Guilt is knocking. My bed sores are NOT thanking me for todays rest. I really need to try my bed again. I'm assuming the ribs are healed. They haven't hurt in a while except for that one spot at the end of my ribs.

Sun? Hmmm. I have heard of this thing called a "sun," I think. Foggy today. Rain for days and more to come. The chickens are up to their ankles in mud and nothing I can do about it. And it's cold.

I don't know if there was any kind of an official death notice on my mom but there was no obituary.. sounds terrible to say but neither my brother nor I could think of anything nice to say about her to put in the paper. God forgive me but we just couldn't.

It's a BIG city, Pittsburgh and has been over two weeks since he passed. You would think that something would show up in the papers by now.

Glad to hear that Tom is doing so well, Granny. He's working hard. I used to tell people coming in for rehab and physical therapy that it was up to them how fast they got to go home. I was lucky that the facility I worked for had one of the top rehab and PT units in the Midwest. Really good therapists, but the patient has to want to succeed for it all to come together. Tells me a lot about Tom, bless him, he's really trying.
