I get $59 a month for OTC meds. I'd still rather use it for other things I need worse that I know work.

We haven't had any winter yet. No snow. One frost. Fog yesterday. And lots of rain. My chickens are growing fins and scales ... (not really, lol).


Mold maybe. That's what my dr says.

I tested allergic to mold decades back. Then I reacted to a penicillin drug. It's been damp here for sometime outside but not indoors. I'm going to do a nasal flush with saline before bedtime and see if that helps. I'm taken a full dose of Benadryl and I hope that helps.

We've had enough winter already. Summer grasses are brown until warm spring weather comes. I am allergic to wiregrass. We live in a wiregrass area. It is killed off for the winter now too.

I got it cheap at Costco but it is expensive at Walgreens. When I am back in a Walmart I'm checking there to compare.

I had keto bread toasted with almond butter, bleh.

Ive never tried almond butter. I have cashew butter and it was good.Tried sunflower butter in a MRE Robert had. I liked that too. Robert said it was awful.
