Granny's gone and done it again

Spent the summer of 67 roofing. Got to where I could throw a bundle of shingles on each shoulder and walk up the ladder with no hands.
My Grandpa carried a bundle of shingles up to the roof of my parents place and I considered him old at the time. He lived to be 102.

Hi Cap! How are you feeling? Today I had a short Convo with a man at the gas station. After breaking the ice he started flirting with my old ask! hahaha I cut that Convo short. I mean, just because I rub a mans bare arm he thinks its open season.
Why were you rubbing his arm? Or is this a joke

My chief of pets. Likes to roost on the steering wheel of the garden tractor.

Hi Granny, how are you? I am still hurting from digging those tulips into the ground, almost like just after surgery. Plus I get dizzy every time I stand up. But not too bad for an old fart. Doctor said to start walking every day for at least 10 minutes. Since I no longer go out to care for goats. So I walk up to the mail box and back. Also pick up sticks for kindling on the way. Hubby got a set of weights for Xmas, so I aim to strengthen my arms. Just light weights to start, once my incision heals up.

The last of my Big Girls as I fondly referred to my Cornish x Rock meat chickens that were kept for pets only. This was taken Christmas day, 2024 and was her second Christmas with us. She was two years old last October 31st. You can get an idea of just how big she is by the rear tire of the John Deere garden tractor.

Her name is Muffin. She talks to us begging for bread!

no, this happened today. I was rubbing his arm because he wasn't wearing a coat! He said he works outside and is used to it. I touched his arm which was pretty warm and he asked me if I had a warm heart..
