Nancy could for a couple hours. No friends or family here to do that. I wouldn't know where to go. My Dr would probably order x-rays at the hospital Thats going to take a while. I could maybe take him with me.

You know, we are in the same situation here. All our kids and grands live in other states. There is no one here to call for help. It's just the two of us. Yes, we have neighbors and yes, we have a few friends, but none so close that I feel I can ask for favors. It's a tough situation. But, if I were facing the same thing you are, I would ask one of those neighbors or friends. I would ask them all until I found someone. I'm sure someone would step up.

You know, you would think that going to church would mean you would have a "family" close by, but our church is 45 minutes away. We are in a very rural area. So, we have to figure things out for ourselves. I'm not sure what I would do if Mike were as sick as Tom.

So, my heart goes out to you, and you are in my prayers. Just want you to know that.

Give out and didn't get a third done of what I wanted to. Going to unpack a set of the new grow lights and will somehow get them hung tomorrow. The one that is up now will not cover the needed trays I have not seeded yet. I have to build a pet coop for my girl that is in the sun room in a crate. She can't be with roosters anymore because here legs are not strong enough. I may can use the smallest bantam game I have with her if I can get 5 more small hens with her. I work out something. I need to get her outside with a large run that has a framework of wire over greens for them to have as they grow. The wire framework will keep them from scratching the greens out by the roots.

What kind of grow lights did you buy?
