I've got a brooder lamp keeping my banana trees from freezing back to ground level. I just hope we don't have a power failure.

Still up. Been trying to figure out which strawberries should do the best under our climate conditions. Need to grow what we need to freeze and make syrup out of as well as some jam. Will have to have a raised bed. No way we can bend over to pick them any more ever.

Raised beds are the best!!! Ours are 18" tall. I can sit on my garden stool when I need to. Love them!!!

sorry all I dozed off. Been happening a lot lately. Still have a pot to wash BUT my reward was tater with ham soup. I have 8 -4 cup containers for the freezer, and Saved out enough for a couple/three more meals. So ends the last of the leftovers from the holidays.
