Granny's gone and done it again

It took them two years to figure that out? How big was the tumor?
I cannot remember the size. It was a strange time in my life. In and out of hospitals for two years, 7 or 8 blood transfusions because I would get at the point of death from anemia, and all the same tests over and over again. Finally someone sent me to OHSU, the best medical center on the west coast if you ask me!! They ran all the same tests, and it took a week or so, but they did find it. I was ready to give up. There is an inspirational story behind that, but I'm not sure this is the place to share it. Suffice it to say, I was thankful and I was sure I was healed. Now I'm testing that out and I quit taking chemo therapy. I believe it's behind me. 🙏

Oh, and that two years was spent in 3 different hospitals and several clinics!!!

A cauliflower crust veggie pizza from Costco. They are way better than they sound! They were giving out samples one day and I immediately went over to the case and bought two!
Bought a cauliflower crust from WM not long ago. Left it on the table for a couple of days and when I went to peepare it, it had shattered. Then I saw that it wasn't gluten-free. Fed it to the chickens. So I still have not tried one. We don't have Costco here.

Here are pics of some of my lavender EEs I got in Alabama back in April.

Here is my biggest girl (who lays the smallest blue egg, lol):

Second biggest:

(Love that floofy face!) Next is my favorite, she's lightly barred like her daddy. Two pics of her:

She's floofy-faced, too. I should have two more but they were all milling around too much for pics. These girls are the epitome of calm. I can walk among them and practically step on them and they are like, Meh, whatever, while my other birds are all, Yikes! Look out! Giant coming through! Breeder says dark legs mean mama was pb Ameraucana; light legs indicate mother was half Ameraucana. Sire was half.

I once designed a T-Shirt that said "Equiholics Unanimous." It means "all us horse lovers!" Is you one too?

Do you ride in the morning? Before breakfast?

Do you lie about how much you ride?

Has anyone ever told you you ride too much?

Have you ever missed a date or important function because you were riding?

Do you have more pictures of your horse than of your kids or family?

Have you ever been stepped on, kicked, bitten by or thrown off a horse? Did you blame yourself instead of the horse?

Have you ever cried over a horse?

If you answered yes to any three of the above questions, it's official, You're one of us. You're an Equiholic! There is no cure, but group therapy is highly recommended! Ride with a friend!
