We do real butter and powdered sugar if anything. Of course haven’t had a real pancake in years. I use to like buckwheat pancakes

GC makes GF ones once in a while, and I'll have one with sugar-free syrup, bananas and nuts, and sugar-free Cool Wip. Reminds me a lot of real food, lol.

Buckwheat pancakes are good, with applesauce on top. Buckwheat=glutenfree
