or Crohn's disease, the following vegetables are generally considered safe and beneficial:

• Potatoes (both sweet and white, with skins removed)
• Squash (butternut, acorn, spaghetti)
• Carrots
• Parsnips
• Eggplant
• Zucchini
• Green beans
• Peppers and courgettes are also good options2

well time to rustle something up to eat, unload the dishwasher and then play "beat the wrinkles" with the dryer.
