Granny's gone and done it again

I've been making a lot of soft French toast (tastes like bread pudding) since DH had his teeth pulled. I soak the bread till it can't hold no more milk and eggs and cinnamon sugar, then I slip it into a hot pan which I then turn as low as heat will go and cover the pan. It gets big and puffy. I flip it then. I keep it low so it barely gets browned but bakes the inside of the bread.
Have you ever made a Dutch pancake? I will find the recipe.
 
Our TSC is supposed to have a shipment of chicks in the 17th. I'm going to see if they get anymore Sapphire Gems in and if they do I want 6 more.
I think you can call and they will add to their order for you.
