Rain is about to start here. Impending nap already with this dreary type of day. Nothing really on the schedule except to plant the 10 raspberry plants if possible. May not get done before tomorrow. They'll keep. Rain possible most of the day. Tomorrow the sun will shine and a perfect upper 50's for planting berries.

I took one Trammadol and one muscle relaxer for cramps. Slept off and on.

I have a morning appointment tomorrow to talk with the PC doc about stinking cramps in my feet.
