DH is in the hospital having a fit.... He has my car

I was driving DH new truck ( less then a year old) and couldn't go faster then 5 mph. I'm sitting 30 miles away at the garage after getting it towed. It's still under warranty. Second tow in less then a year.

Is it a lemon? They have lemon laws now.

I think it's after 3 tows or is considered a lemon. It has 3,000 miles on it. The first time The company hadn't screwed the kids tight on the fluid. This time it was a different fluid. The dashboard said I may not go faster then 5 mph and it really didn't let me. So I pulled off to Google what it means. I called DH and asked him if he thinks it's safe to drive to the nearest garage. He told me to call the dealer and they said not to drive at all. Now I'm driving a pregnant turtle- one of those small things that go zipping around corners

It this why he was throwing a fit in the hospital? Sorry that happened to you. I wouldn't even have a phone to call someone but I have no one to call and no warranty. I don't think Ive ever had one.

Yes. He knew I had the dogs with me. I ran the mile home with them and then back to the truck till the tow truck came. I went with the tow truck so I could get a rental. Nearest dealer is thirty miles . Now I have to wash the dogs cause they turned black from the melting snow on the road
