Granny's gone and done it again

Yes it hasn't been but a week or so they were tested after the peck in the left eye. I'm not going to worry about it until after Monday's procedure and then I'll see if I can make it happen again with some different chickens.
For your good health, I hope all the two- headed double bodied chickens left for a new home.

If I'm patient and don't try to put them to bed early they will be in the right coops so all I have to do is shut and secure coop doors. I have one White Giant Rooster that every so often I have to pick him up off the roost and take him to his own coop. He has a crush on the next door coop that has a pair of White Bresse pullets in it. He has a thing for them. I'll probably hatch some of their eggs pretty soon.
You are asking for trouble, you'll get yourself a flock of girl crazy roosters

Late afternoon yesterday one of the pet hens was about 25' away from me just milling around before bedtime. I notice her and started to look away and as I started to turn my head I started seeing a two headed chicken. I'd look back straight at her and she was normal but every time I turned my head a little she had to heads. Then I turned my whole body a little and then turned my head a little and I could see two whole chickens. Didn't get a chance this afternoon to replicate this.

A little reality about knee replacements. #1 the pain after the procedure is excruciating! #2 If you have it done, participate in the therapy even if it hurts. If you don't you will regret it in the long run. #3 Take a pain pill when you need it! #4 There are things you will never (or shouldn't) do again. Things like putting pressure on the fronts of you knees eg. crawling. Squatting is difficult. #5 You will need to do the leg exercises for the rest of your life to keep the knee joints flexible. #6 The less you weigh the better it is for your knees. Hope this helps with decision making.
I'm hoping they won't do a replacement, just a repair. Why did you get a replacement, Iris? Were you bone on bone? Or like me, did you have a torn ACL? I know athletes only get a repair for a torn ACL, not a whole replacement. But I will do whatever PT they order for me and am, in fact, already doing the pre-op exercises recommended by Dr G. I'm only 71, could have another 30 years in me if I take care of myself. 😉

Did you have that done?
Yes. The right knee done the 1st time in 2009. It wore out and had to have it done again in 2018. I also had the left knee done in 2018. I also have a metal plate on my right shin because the bone developed a crack. I speak from experience about the pain and I still try to do the exercises. If I could lose 20 pounds my legs would feel better.

In 2009 my knee was bone on bone. When it had to be replaced the Doc said the prosthesis had worn off at the edges and that made it unstable. The left knee was also bone on bone and stayed swollen all the time.
