Good evening everyone! Hope ya'll had a good day. I had a slow start but did get a few things done. Spent 2 hours in Wally World but I bought a months worth of groceries and things we can't eat but are necessary. I won't have to go to the store for anything but milk for at least 3 weeks.

There are a ton of flooded roads around me and more rain coming tomorrow. It hasn't stopped yet. Monday I have to go to Madison by way of the back roads that are gravel and narrow with some drop offs. I'm pretty scared about it. I don't know my way and I don't have a cell phone and my Tom-Tom stopped working.

I cant imagine even walking thru Walmarts in 2 hours much less buying enough food to last 3 weeks! I absolutely hate this torture chamber.

No MRI? I'm sorry you didn't find anything out.

I can't get another MRI because I just had one - earlier in the day, BEFORE my knee went SNAP! We did the MRI to confirm a torn meniscus, and the SNAP was most likely a torn ACL. But insurance won't pay for another MRI so soon after the previous one, they are crazy expensive.

As far as nausea, Did they give you a pain shot or thru IV? If so that will cause it. IF its from PPs this is kind of a normal or common I should say side effect. Laying down or even back in your recliner will help that

Yeah it was a pain pill. I have some Ondansatron on hand, it dissolves under the tongue and it helps. Yeah the bottle says you can take the pain pill with food or without but I know better than that, haha!

Try eating something with the pain pill. Doesn't have to be much, a couple of crackers or some fruit. Gives the stomach acid something bigger than the pill to work on. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! I have some graham crackers on hand, they seem to work well, thanks. I don't use that particular PP unless it hurts REALLY bad though. Usually Tylenol or Tylenol PM is enough.
