Good Morning Everyone. Woke up at around 4:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. Realized that I had not taken my melatonin. took it and then woke up around 8:30. It's to cold for my lungs to be out now so I'm going back to my pillow for an hour or so while it warms up some.

I'm taking Oxycodone now. I don't think that's related? It's an opioid with Tylenol in it. I usually sleep pretty good with it, but the pain has been really bad lately. I called my ortho today. She's supposed to call me back.
