Granny's gone and done it again

There was only one person checking in at the ER because the helicopter had just brought someone in. I couldn't get him out of the car anymore so they got a nurse out to help me. Waiting at the check out, he just hung over the side of the wheel chair moaning so 2 nurses came over and took him right to triage and from there to a bed.
Once he was on morphine and stabilized he asked me if this is what it feels like if you are dying. I told him no, it's what it feels like when you stop eating and drinking.
I noticed the first symptoms every time the abcess comes back is he can't eat and drink. He's down to 123 pounds and has absolutely no room to lose any more weight
:hugs Poor guy, that sounds awful! Hope he rallies and can eat/ drink and gain weight soon! And feel better!!!

I didn't post about it. I think she fell from the log rafters in our cabin. One day she was unable to walk on the wood floors. Really, I knew a vet would not be able to help her. We kept her comfortable and she died soon after.
I still have her son.
:hit:hugs:hugs

I'm taking Oxycodone now. I don't think that's related? It's an opioid with Tylenol in it. I usually sleep pretty good with it, but the pain has been really bad lately. I called my ortho today. She's supposed to call me back.

Granny, did you get to sleep more? Sneak in some naps when possible.
I think I got an hr this morning. Nancy,Kevin and PT were here today. Nurse tomorrow

This song has playing on my mind, love Brad paisley
I find it very sad. :hugs
depends on the size bag I would imagine
