Granny's gone and done it again

He doesn't seem uncomfortable. Daughter said his arms and face are a little clearer today but the rest of his body is still looking pretty bad.

Any idea what he was doing in the hours before he broke out? It might help narrow down the possible cause. Has he had a fever recently? If he did it might be a viral rash or roseola not an allergy.

I gave up on trying to find a long lasting treat. Things the package reads like Lasts for hours. would be gone in 5 mins. Only thing I found was rawhide and Thats not good for them. Pig ears would be gone in 5-10 mins.

Brew loves cow hooves lol and they last a pretty long time. And they’re not too expensive. And split antlers. Also water buffalo horns LOL those two are kind of expensive though at least the antlers are lol but all those last forever here and like I said, he is a HARD chewer so if it was gonna be destroyed, it would have been LOL he loves those Himalayan yak cheese chews too but those are also really expensive like really so I never really buy them anymore LOL I did recently in the latest batch of chews cause I wanted to splurge on him but I usually don’t usually it’s hooves or pig ears with the occasional bully stick lol and he has a couple antlers and horns already. And some old ratty marrow bones I need to throw out but those yak cheese things last him a few days usually which is pretty good

Brew wanted to go out earlier but did he have to potty? No. He just wanted a specific chewy that was left outside. Cause the 20 other chewies inside weren’t good enough. Even though some of them were even the same type of chewy.

I was trying to get chews to help her joints. She doesn't like taking supplements and I don't like giving her pills. These have salmon and eggs in them and chicken cartilage. She runs a lot in the yard so feeding her correctly in addition to exercise should strengthen the hips and knees. Since warm weather she hasn't had pain so she's able to get exercise. Over the winter she gets cold so I don't let her outside or I have to feed her pills

Ahhhhh okay that makes sense!!!!!!! She won’t even eat the powder type supplements mixed with her food? Or the chewy treat type ones?

No she won't. They are very picky. So I try to get dog food that has those supplements and they will eat that

On the road tomorrow. Making a run over to meet Greenfire Farms at their post office that they ship chicks from. Got a steal on some Bielefelder chicks and 2 Cream Legbar male chicks to breed to our 20+ pullet chicks that are growing like weeds. 3 male and 3 female Bielefelder chicks. We are glad to get them without them being shipped all over 3 states to make it over a few counties.

After It was confirmed to the nurse, he said if they couldn't have confirmed it today he was going to listen to me anyway. Because he said I went to so much work to get connected that it was obvious I knew what I was talking about. That white foam is the one that makes him scream. I'm glad he doesn't have to use it anymore.
