Granny's gone and done it again

Black racer? What did he do w/ it?

Are you watching on TV?
Not sure, I think it might be a Garter Snake but idk lol and he did what he does when he’s curious or not sure about something which is approach it/sniff then back up then approach again then back up again LOL he approached and backed up 2 or 3 times before I noticed and decided to check it out and see what it was. Usually it’s just a bug or sometimes a rodent which is why I didn’t notice sooner lol anyways, he left it alone after that but then on the way back it had moved under the brush and he was super curious and wouldn’t leave it at first 🤦‍♀️🤣 he did eventually though

Tofu (Japanese: 豆腐, Hepburn: Tōfu, Korean: 두부; RR: dubu, Chinese: 豆腐; pinyin: dòufu) or bean curd is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into solid white blocks of varying softness: silken, soft, firm, and extra (or super) firm. It originated in China and has been consumed in the country for over 2,000 years.

A lot of people don't like the texture, it's kind of soft. I fried some slices in butter tonight and served it with fried mmushrooms and onions. I think DH liked it, I did.
EWW......... Gross! spoiled milk rears its ugly head again..

the computer? I guess that's what you are saying. Im dense when it comes to that stuff. I guess streaming means on the computer.
I think the computer controls it - the laptop anyway, but we watch it on the tv. I don't quite understand it either but GC has a Netflix and Disney+ account. Is that streaming?

I've used that before as a base in my soup. Pretty handy. Did you add all that stuff in one skillet and what exactly is tofu? A meat substitute right?
Tofu is made from soy and is pretty flavorless on its own but can be cut in squares. DH as some soy sauce on his. It's high protein and pretty much takes on the flavor of whatever it's made with.
I boiled the cauliflower separate. The ramen noodle, I bring water to a rapid boil in the microwave, put the noodles in and cover it. They will be ready when everything else is ready.
I saute the onion mix with grated potatoes in olive oil till soft. Then put it in a dish. I ad some thin sliced raw chicken to the pan, flip out once and add it to the potato mix. Then I do the scrambled eggs in the same pan and add it to the rest. I then put butter in the pan and leave it get brown. Meanwhile I heat the tofu slightly in the microwave. Then I put the tofu and drained ramen noodles in the brown butter, roll it around (pan is still on the heat). When heated through, I dump everything together. I don't really stir because till I dump it on the plate, it is mixed.
Then DH adds soy sauce to his tofu

The Drs and nurses tell him to eat high protein and drink lots of water. He can't get in his head that it doesn't have to be meat to have protein in it.
