They had me doing a very basic arm dangle exercise on day 2' Just taking the sling off, bending over and using body momentum, do a circle with your 'bad' arm. It's like doing a 'hula hoop' without a hoop. I have to do that as many times as I can during the day.
I usually average 3 times for 7 minutes each time. PA said that was fine. Only thing I can think of such a weird exercise would be good for is to get my arm and shoulder to relax and limber up.
I think they said that PT would begin after I got out of the sling....in 18 more days I hope.
