Oh hey, and do try Feetures socks while you're treating your feet. Expensive, yes, but again, worth it! I look at it this way. I don't smoke or drink, I don't wear makeup or spend $$$ on fancy fingernails. So I can afford the $$$ on good comfortable socks that wick moisture, give good support and won't cause blisters. Your feet are your foundation. Take care of them and you may not have knee, hip or back pain. Or headaches, even!

I've been in the kitchen all day and am going back in there now. I've made cookies, potato salad, chicken salad and fixed lunch. Now the mess has got to be cleaned up. BBL
