You have a grocery near you, I think. You can buy a box of disposable latex-free nitrile gloves for a few bucks. I use them in cooking, like for handling raw meat, and also for cleaning my hen house. I think I get 100 for about $5.

That is from the rosacea foundation. Although I read that caffeine can cause facial flushing in some individuals.

Sweetie, your body is talking to you. I know that migraines are cold hearted you know whats but there has to be a remedy you could use that doesn't include drowning yourself in caffeine in order to get relief.

And true!!!!! It’s actually gotten better since the new medicine but still. The caffeine ones that medicine can’t really fix cause it’s for something else.

But I do also have a rescue med I can take which I did today but I don’t like taking those too much.

I THINK if I quit again then they might get better eventually even if worse at first.

I was doing a little reading. What I lost was just a drop in the bucket. They said if you lose 40% you can die. I've been transfused before. When I had my hysterectomy. took 2 units and was told we only have 8. All I remember about it was how much better I felt.

It was when I had my Hysterectomy too.
