Whew, good to hear from you, Granny! Glad to know it's just a muscle. I get tired too and then it's not up to me whether I sleep or not I am just OUT, lol.

Had PT this morning, probably my last. Dennis, my first PT, is recuperating at home. I put one of my cockerels in the crock-pot, cooked it, picked all the meal off, strained the broth and put it in jars in the fridge. Tomorrow we'll have dumplings or something. Today the kids headed to Cape for her knee surgery tomorrow. I have a dental appt tomorrow that I can't put off. Cleaned hen house, did DH's laundry. I'm beat so collapsed and slept a couple hours. Now I feel sluggish and a bit crabby.
