the egg yolk is cooked in the sugar and hot cream/milk. Just like our family's homemade ice cream..

the liver color is a recessive gene and pup needs to get a liver gene from BOTH parents. Black only need it from one. You can breed black to black and get some livers BUT ONLY if BOTH parents are technically 1/2 liver.
