Yes I saw that Granny. That rain, I mean, was 8 years ago. But was still more than a little, lol! I was just wishing we'd get a rain like that right now!


Oh, lucky you! I was just telling Melissa I need a housekeeper. Mine stopped coming, sad face! If I had Medicaid that would pay for one for me, but Medicare doesn't offer that service. Elijah's my kitchen magician and he does a good job but ... I need someone to sweep or vacuum the animal hair. I vacuumed the kitchen area one day last week but it wiped me out and I still haven't been able to do the rest of the main part of the house ... dining, living room, hall. I just hate it that I can't keep up with the household chores.

Is Elijah working? Why can’t he do it?

I keep a log of my meds in my Notes app. I just checked it. I missed two days. I mean, where I should have written 9/8 I put 9/9. Then for the next day of course I put 9/10, and then for today I put 9/11. So all day I've thought it was 9/11 and I wondered why there was no mention of it on the news or anything. Well duh!

No he's not working yet. I mean, he could, but it doesn't seem fair to ask him to do EVERYTHING. I could ask him though.

No on the meds. To tell you the truth, Dr never even told me that's what he used. I found it while reading my med. record

Yes but that doesn't make him the family slave. He does plenty around here with me and Melissa pretty much disabled.

Also, he has signed up for college courses and will be starting those pretty quick. And he'll be paying for them.

A pigs heart piece was offered as a possible fix for Scott's mitral valve repair. Or a metal one. Or hopefully he would have enough extra skin around that area. If not, the surgeon said a pig valve would be best. Scott luckily had enough skin. His heart was working great years later until he passed.
